Appeals must be made in writing and must set out the reasons on which the appeal is made.
The completed appeal form should be emailed to the Clerk to the School Admissions Appeals Panel at firstname.lastname@example.org or posted to the Clerk to the School Admissions Appeals Panel, PO Box 367, Cuffley, Hertfordshire EN6 4XZ, within 30 school days of notification that the application was unsuccessful.

In-Year Appeals Timetable
These appeals are heard within 30 school days of the appeal form being lodged with the Clerk. Unless you waive this right, you will be given 10 school days’ notice of the hearing. Additional evidence must be sent to the Clerk to the panel not later than 5 working days before the hearing.
Decision letters are dispatched 5 working days after the hearing.
