You are no longer a newcomer to the school. You now know the school rules and expectations and it is vital that you continue to work hard and stay focused.
You will be a role model for the new year 7 pupils and you will start thinking ahead to your SATS exams in year 9
You will have more access to school trips from year 8 onwards so it is vital that your behaviour at school does not prohibit your access to these trips.
Year 8 is sometimes viewed as the ' year'. At St Thomas More we have high expectations of our year 8 pupils. Take advantage of the great opportunities our school provides you with. Think about joining sports, drama, IT or language clubs.
