STM Admissions Administration Document (AAD), which must be brought to the school, together with other documents you wish to include. Due to the high volume of applications received by the school, Admissions Administration Documents and other required additional documents can be submitted to the school on the following dates at the times specified below: DAY DATE TIME Saturday 18 October 2025  9:00am – 4:00pm Saturday 25 October 2025  9:00am – 4:00pm Half Term Monday 27 October – Friday 31 October 2025 10:00am – 3:00pm each day The school is unable to take in admission paperwork outside of these times. Please note the deadline to submit paperwork on time is Friday 31 October 2025                    (this date falls within the October half-term holiday). Applications received after 31 October will be recorded as a late submission.   Documents you must submit to the school: • Admissions Administration Document (completed) • Certificate of Catholic Practice and a photocopy (if applicable) • Original Baptism Certificate* and a photocopy (if applicable) • Original Birth Certificate and a photocopy • Passport if your child has one (or of the parent/carer) and a photocopy • Council Tax for the current year and a photocopy • Proof of Address – dated within the last three months: i.e. gas/electric/water rates bill, tenancy agreement    via a commercial lettings agency (the tenancy must extend beyond the start of the academic year in which     your child starts secondary school.) and a photocopy    Please note that a mobile phone bill or mail order account statement is not acceptable • Proof of Free School Meals if applicable and a photocopy • Proof of Medical/Social/Pastoral evidence (if applicable) and a photocopy   * If your child was Baptised abroad and the certificate is not in English, please provide an official translation document with the Baptism certificate.   Please provide originals and a photocopy of each document; the photocopy will be endorsed by a member of staff as having seen the originals and returned to you immediately.
